To cure the incurable
To advance the research on pediatric rare solid tumors.
Our child had cancer, which had a very good prognosis, one of the rare success stories of pediatric solid tumor, with an over 90% success rate. Unfortunately, we ended up on the wrong side of the statistics; it's not just statistics for me and my family, it's a loss of a grave magnitude.
The entire study done in our category of tumor was finally of no use to us, as it failed in the primary objective to cure the cancer.
The subcategory apparently was too small to warrant spending resources on further research; the faith didn't care for this reality, and it hardly ever does.
This was our story, but no more. It doesn't have to be the fate of humanity. We will not stop, especially when the number of the affected group is small; we will continue to work on furthering the research and eventually find a cure.
What are we looking for?
1) Executive team to progress the cause with full enthusiasm.
2) Governance Team and Council of Experts.
